LI Pricing

To maximize the impact on your church, invite key leaders from every ministry area. To receive the best rates, register by the deadlines below. Full payment must accompany your registration.

Young Adult Pricing $49 (per participant 28 and under, Pre-Institute Sessions not included)
Deadlines:

Registrations received after July 10th will be $149 and after September 4th will be $175. We will not be able to make exceptions or adjustments. Your understanding is appreciated.

Leadership Institute Registration fees include all conference materials and lunch on Thursday. Participants are responsible for all other meals, hotel accommodations and travel.


Special Young Adult Pricing

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we continue to be able to offer a Young Adult Rate for 2015. The $49 discount rate is for individuals 28 and younger and only applies to Leadership Institute. Pre-Institute sessions are at an additional charge. During registration, please select Young Adult as the registration type to receive the discounted rate.


Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration, you must contact us by email (catalyst@cor.org); or by mail (The Church of the Resurrection, 13720 Roe Ave, Leawood, KS 66224, ATTN: Leadership Institute Registrar). A refund (less cancellation fee of $30 per person) will be issued if cancellation is made prior midnight on September 4th, 2015. We cannot accept cancellations by phone. We are unable to give a refund after September 4th, 2015.


Individual Registration Instructions:

If you are registering as an individual (or registering on behalf of an individual), please have the following information ready prior to entering the registration site:

  • Unique Email Address (for each participant)
  • First Name/Last Name
  • Church/Organization
  • Church Address/City/State/Zip
  • Home Phone
  • Church Phone
  • Average Weekly Worship Attendance of Church
  • Password (Note: please keep a record of the password in case changes need to be made at a later time)
  • Participant Home Address/City/State/Zip
  • Is the participant a member of the Clergy?
  • Is the participant a seminary graduate? Which Seminary?
  • Denomination
  • Church Role
  • Annual Conference (applicable to UMC’s only)
  • Is this a first time participant?
  • Participant’s primary area of ministry
  • Pre-Institute AM and PM workshop selections (and a back up selection)
  • Breakout Session 1 and 2 workshop selections (and a back up selection)
  • Featured Session topic selection
  • Optional Events Selection
  • Dietary Restrictions
  • Payment Type: Check or Credit (Visa and Mastercard are accepted)

Take time to review the workshop offerings in the Workshops section prior to entering the registration site. There are over 80 different workshop offerings in 10 different ministry areas. Once you are ready with the above information, you are ready to register.


Group Registration Instructions:

If you have a group you would like to register, we are glad to help.

The first question to clarify is, who will be paying for the registration?

Individual payment:

If each member is to pay separately, then they will need to register separately. We recommend sending the registration link [insert link] to the members of the group and including the instructions available in the Register an Individual section.

Group Payment

If you (or the church/organization) is making one payment for the group as a whole, please follow these instructions:

The first person you register will be the Primary Attendee and any changes to an individual’s registration will need to be made through the Primary Attendee’s record. Please make sure the Primary Attendee’s Email Address and Password are noted in your records.

You will need to collect the personal information and workshop selections for each person in your group. Workshops MUST be selected at the time of registration. We recommend you work to collect this information for each individual prior to starting the registration process. (Because workshops fill quickly, we recommend asking for alternative workshop choices in the event that a desired workshop is full.)

You will need the following Personal Information for each person:

Please send the link to the workshop descriptions to each member of your group so they may choose which workshops (Pre-Institutes, Breakout Workshops and Featured Workshops) they would like to attend. A printer friendly version is available. Workshops fill quickly, so we recommend choosing a backup workshop for each session.

Once you have collected the information for each member of your group, you may start entering your registrations.

You may add a group member at a later time by entering in to the Primary Attendee’s record and choosing Add a Participant and following the instructions for payment. You may change workshops at any time to any workshop that has space available, but this must be done through the Primary Attendee. Individuals in a group will need to contact their Primary Attendee to make these changes.
