  • Super Early Bird Deadline - July 12, 2013
  • Early Bird Deadline - September 06, 2013
  • Standard Rate - September 07 - September 25th, 2013

Pre-Institute

  • Super Early Bird $35 per participant,  per session
  • Early Bird  $45 per participant,  per session
  • Standard Rate $49 per participant,  per session

Leadership Institute

  • Super Early Bird - $139 per participant
  • Early Bird - $149 per participant
  • Standard Rate - $175 per participant
  • Young Adult Rate $49 (25 and Under, Pre-Institute Sessions not included)

Registrations received after July 12 will be $149 and after September 6 will be $175.  We will not be able to make exceptions or adjustments.  Your understanding is appreciated.

Leadership Institute Registration Includes

All conference materials and boxed lunch on Thursday are included in the Leadership Institute registration price.  Participants are responsible for all other meals, hotel accommodations and travel. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration, you must contact us by email (catalyst@cor.org) ; or by mail (Church of the Resurrection, 13720 Roe Ave, Leawood, KS 66224, ATTN: Leadership Institute Registrar)   A refund (less cancellation fee of $30 per person) will be issued if cancellation is made prior midnight on September 6, 2013.  We cannot accept cancellations by phone.
