After careful discernment and monitoring governmental guidance and scientific recommendations on the spread of COVID-19, we’ve determined it most prudent to pivot to an all online Leadership Institute.
We have never been more committed to equip, strengthen and inspire churches and church leaders and we are excited to deliver the Leadership Institute experience to you in this new way.
Due to the nature of the online conference experience this year, there are no special prices or discounts. There is one great low price available for all participants.
We are unable to make exceptions or adjustments to pricing after the Early Bird deadline on September 1. Your understanding is appreciated.
You will have the opportunity to select whichever Breakout Session you'd like to watch the day of the event. There is no need to pre-select these sessions during registration.
Instructions will be emailed to all registered participants 1 to 2 weeks prior to the conference. We promise it will be easy to access and navigate, and we will provide easy to follow instructions.
All General Sessions and Breakout Sessions will be recorded and made available to all participants. Some Q & A sessions may not available. In addition to the General Sessions and Breakout Sessions, a library of recorded Workshops will also be available as bonus content. Instructions to access all recorded sessions will be emailed in the week following the event.
Continuing Education Credits will be available for full participation. You will have the opportunity to download a CE certificate on the virtual conference platform on the day of the event. Certificates are issued by Church of the Resurrection and it is the responsibility of the participant to check with their authorizing organization on the acceptance of these CE Credits.

The entirety of the conference content will be available for participants for 1 year after the live event ends. With this extended access there is no need to cancel your registration if find you are unable to participate on the days of the live event. However, if your circumstances change and you no longer wish to have access to the conference content, cancellations for a full refund are accepted through September 1. We are unable to offer a refund after September 1.
Yes. Each registration purchased is intended for one participant. This is on the honor system. We trust if your team intends to watch the conference together that you will purchase a registration for each participant. Each participant needs their own registration with a unique email address to access the virtual platform and for the 1 year access to the video library after the live event.

Our registration software and virtual event platform requires that each participant registers and logs in using a unique email address. We are unable to make an exception. If someone from your group does not have an email address, we recommend using a general church email address, the personal email address for someone else in your group or creating a gmail account for this group member.
Yes. There is a limit of 10 group members per registration form. If you have more than 10 in your group, you will need to create a new registration for the additional members.

Over time, we've found most credit card payment errors are due to an Address Mismatch. Please be sure the billing address entered on the Payment Information page matches the billing information on file with your credit card company (the address where you receive your credit card bill). If you are unable to complete your payment, select to Pay by Check and finish the registration.
