Special Pricing

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we continue to be able to offer special rates for certain guests. These discount rates are good through September 26 and only apply to Leadership Institute. Pre-Institute and Post-Institute Sessions are at an additional charge.

Young Adults: $49

This discount rate is for individuals 28 and younger. During registration, please select Young Adult as the Registration Type to receive the discounted rate.

International Guests: $49

This discount rate is for individuals residing outside the United States. During registration, please select International Guests as the Registration Type to receive the discounted rate.

Selecting Workshops

Pre-Institute and Breakout Workshop selections are required at registration. Take time to review the options: Pre-Institute and Breakout Workshops

Workshops fill quickly. We recommend having a first and second selection ready for each member of your group.

A Post-Institute Session is available and requires registration. Review the description.

Additional Tips

You may add members to your group at a later time by using the link provided in the Confirmation Email for the Primary Registrant (the first person registered for your group is designated as the Primary Registrant). Choose “Add a Participant”, fill out the Contact Information, Demographic Questions and Workshop Information and follow the instructions for payment.

You may change Pre-Institute and Breakout Workshop selections at any time to any session which has space available, by accessing your registration record through your Confirmation email.

To maximize the impact for your church, invite key leaders from every ministry area. To receive the best rates, register early. Full payment must accompany your registration.

If you are paying by check, please remit within 10 days of registration. The Registrar reserves the right to cancel check registrations not paid in full within 10 days after attempting to make contact.

* We will not be able to make exceptions or adjustments to pricing after Early Bird deadlines. Your understanding is appreciated.

* Pre-Institute fees include lunch on Wednesday.

* Leadership Institute registration fees include all conference materials and lunch on Thursday. Participants are responsible for all other meals, hotel accommodations and travel.

* Post-Institute fee includes a box lunch, online assessment and materials.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration, please note that refunds or cancellations cannot be accepted after Thursday, September 6. If you are unable to attend Leadership Institute and cancel prior to September 6 at midnight, your registration will be refunded, less a $30 cancellation fee. Please notify us in writing at After September 6, we are unable to provide a refund, however we can accept a substitution at any time.
